Cheryl McKissack Daniels company McKissack provided pre-construction and general contracting services for a $12.5M senior housing project, which consisted of the rehabilitation of a 73,000 sq.ft., four-story apartment building.  The scope of work included replacement of all interior building elements, finishes, systems in the existing building and upgrades to the building envelope. The project provided new, one-bedroom and studio units on the second, third and fourth floors, with a combination of community spaces and professional offices on the first floor. The completed project represents the leading edge of residential energy and resource efficiency in a dense urban context.
