Edison Square Retail Center

Cheryl McKissack Daniels company McKissack provided construction management services for a new $7.2 million retail center on the site of the old Edison High School at Eighth and Lehigh Ave.  This was a two-phase project that entailed the construction of a new retail center and a new senior housing building. Phase 1 consisted of the construction of a 32,000 sq. ft. vanilla box with fit-outs for Save-A-Lot, Family Dollar, Kicks and an additional unnamed tenant.

The renovation also included upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the facility meets contemporary standards for energy efficiency and operational reliability.
